Why is copying a message so incredibly challenging in webex chat ?

Multiple times, multiple users all complain about how hard it is to highlight/copy and paste from Cisco Webex Chat ?  It struggles to accept right clicks, it highlights a text and then stops the highlight, you never know what you are actually going to get to the clipboard.  It is incredibly annoying and everyone can't wait until we migrate fully over to MS Teams because copy/paste actually works in their chat.  I don't get why this was never addressed.  It can't be just the 300 of us seeing this.

Because of "supply and demand". 

For a feature to get added or a bug to get fixed, it is mandatory to have an "executive support" from Cisco internally (demand).  And unless someone happens to be a "whale", nothing is going to happen (supply) regardless how good the idea is (or how bad the bug is).
