I've looked over the help page and don't see any limitation that seems to match. Does anyone know what might cause someone's endpoint to not be able to be assigned to a Breakout Session? They did not show up in the assignment (unassigned) section at all.

there are some limitations to breakouts. It could be what they are joining from: https://help.webex.com/en-us/nics5vf/Webex-Meetings-Known-Issues-and-Limitations-for-Breakout-Sessions#:~:text=Breakout%20session%20can't%20be,to%20return%20to%20the%20meeting.

Yes thank you. They were joining from Chrome on Win10 on Meetings v40.10.9.13. If I'm understanding the help page it mentions some Virtual versions which this would not have been. Additionally they rejoined with the same method at which time they could be assigned to a breakout. Maybe just a tiny bug.

Update: Having the attendee leave the meeting and rejoin seemed to resolve this.
