Audio issue

In my last two Webex meetings, my video worked and I could hear the other participants but no one could hear me. Not sue what the issue is or how to fix it.

Did you check to make sure you selected the proper mic? And.. if this is Win 10.. check the privacy settings making sure the mic is able to be used by other Apps.

I don't know how to check to see if I selected the proper mic.  I did check the privacy settings and the mic is set to be used by other apps including Webex.  I really need someone who can get on Webex with me and direct me to the right tabs.  It works fine with Zoom and Team.

Yes Windows 10. Not sure how to select proper mic. No issues with Zoom and Teams.

What options do you have available? Also.. type in search  Privacy Settings and check to make sure your microphone is available for Apps to use.
