Cannot connect to mycompany.webex.com on my home network

All of a sudden yesterday, I am unable to connect to ibm.webex.com.  If i get on my mobile hotspot it works.  My ISP reset my router, but others in my company have this issue.  I need to be able to use webex at home.  I can get to every other site, this is only happening with webex.

From home:

(base) rb:~ $ ping ibm.webex.com
PING global-nebulaie.webex.com (66.114.168.199): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
Request timeout for icmp_seq 2

From Hotspot on phone
(base) rb:~$ ping ibm.webex.com
PING global-nebulaie.webex.com (66.114.168.199): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 66.114.168.199: icmp_seq=0 ttl=241 time=111.571 ms
64 bytes from 66.114.168.199: icmp_seq=1 ttl=241 time=107.110 ms
64 bytes from 66.114.168.199: icmp_seq=2 ttl=241 time=109.347 ms

@RolandBarcia89067 you might be facing an issue where traffic to Webex is being blocked as some IP addresses are on the Bright Cloud or Talos bad IP list:
https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX1831/Unable-to-Reach-or-Access-Webex-Site

I did a quick check and your public IP address is not listed as bad, but some of the intermediate hops (from your traceroute) are:
b3302.nwrknj-lcr-22.verizon-gni.net has moderate risk
10.123.179.152.in-addr.arpa is suspicious

I would recommend opening a TAC case to check if this could be the reason why you can't access Webex sites (https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/)

@RolandBarcia89067 , if you can't even ping the Webex site from your home network, then there is not much that Cisco/Webex can do to help you...
The only advice I can give you is to raise it again with your ISP.

Both Verizon and Web Ex pointing at each other.

Verizon:  Every other website except Webex works
Webex: You can access it from any other network

No one wants to own it.  Both My daughter and I cannot get into webex accounts (for her college or my work) without doing it from mobile network.  Zoom and teams work though.

What equipment is your provider using (setup for you)? Do you have any other equipment in the mix? Is any website blocked or filtered out? I use Webex a lot from home without issues. All points to you home network.

Just Verizon FIOS Router / Modem

@RolandBarcia89067

Since the DNS-Resolution seems to work properly, you may want to try a traceroute to the requested site..?
