Cant join meetings on Wi-Fi

I cant join meetings on my laptop via Wi-Fi. It was working until a few days ago when it stopped all of a sudden.

On clicking the meeting link i get messages like site took too long to respond etc. The meeting link works when i use my mobile data via hotspot.

@ujwalkarthik24269 , can you check the following article: https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX1831/Unable-to-Reach-or-Access-Webex-Site and verify that your public IP address is not marked as malicious by BrightCloud and/or Talos?

About one month ago, there was a very similar issue posted: https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-meetings-and-webex/cannot-connect-to-mycompany-webex-com-on-my-home-network/m-p/4282018#M3168

The data takes different routes depending on the type of connection.
I think in such cases its always useful to use a "traceroute"-command to see and compare the routes your data takes on both connections.
(perhaps it´s just a DNS-Server-issue?  DNS = Domain Name System: www.company.com = IP:123.456.789.123 )

In the posting mentioned above a Cisco-Employee pointed out that some routes/sources are blocked for security reasons and suggests to open a TAC-Case (TAC = technical assistance center)  https://help.webex.com/contact

So.. it is using Wifi when you use Mobile Data Hotspot. Where are you trying to join Wifi and has the firewall changed?

I meant it works when i use mobile data hotspot and doesnt work when i
connect to the wifi from router. I havent made any changes to the
firewall..not that i know of.
