Cisco Webex Hybrid Call Service Licensing

Hello experts,

We have a task of integrating Webex meeting with CUCM on-premise. So from CUCM registered telepresence, we can join the Webex meetings. Cisco Webex Hybrid Call Service for that & I looked guides but I stuck in licensing step. Can anyone give me information about this setup licensing for both CUCM & Webex meetings.?

@Jahangir Tahirov , yes with "direct integration" I was referring to UCM Calling in Webex Teams.

In case you want to add on-prem video endpoints to Webex meetings, then it would be useful to check the following:
- Implementation of Expressway in order to make B2B SIP video calls: this enables your on-prem video endpoints to make video calls to Webex meetings (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/expressway/213864-configure-business-to-business-audio-and.html)
- Webex Edge for Devices: be able to monitor and administer your endpoints from Control Hub while keeping the on-prem registration. More info here: https://help.webex.com/en-us/cy2l2z/Webex-Edge-for-Devices
- Hybrid Calendar connector: enable OBPT in combination with TMS. More info on https://help.webex.com/en-us/y5stdw/One-Button-to-Push-with-Microsoft-Exchange#id_124589

Hope this helps

@Jahangir Tahirov , what do you want to achieve with the Hybrid Call Service?

If you want to integrate Webex Teams with your on-prem CUCM, you don't need the Hybrid Call connector anymore, you can do a direct integration (where Webex Teams registers as a CSF-device on CUCM)

@Goswin Weemaes  Thanks for replying.

We want to add on-premise telepresence endpoints to the Webex meetings.

Direct integration? Do you mean Calling In Webex ( Unified CM)?
