don't see information if the meeting is end-to-end encrypted (e2e) or not

Hello,

we can not see in a running Webex Meeting if it is End-To-End encrypted or not, not as normal participant and not even as admin.

We still need more information in a meeting about a meeting (like in zoom - there it is very easy).

Or am I just not seeing the information?

Thanks.

I tested with Webex version 41.1 and I can see in an E2E encrypted meeting a lock symbol after joining the meeting

Hi!

E2E encryption is not enabled by default on Webex sites, if you haven’t done it check the Meeting session type used and verify if encryption is set. If you dont see E2E encryption session types in your site admins page you may have to request it.

Check this out: https://help.webex.com/en-us/nwh2wlx/Enable-End-to-End-Encryption-Using-End-to-End-Encryption-Session-Types

Hope it helps!
