How to disable participants having to record their name when joining a Webex meeting?

I don't want participants have to record their name before joining a meeting. I can't find where to disable that feature. I want participant be able to join my meetings  (in my personal room) directly when they call in.

I guess all meeting participants need a name - any name; since the Client-Software needs to display a list of joined participants.
Esp. if the host wants to address them directly during the meeting.

Perhaps the participants may join as guests using fictitious names?

@fleal , did you check the following parameter on your Preferences-page (under "Audio and Video")?
If you select "Beep" or "No Tone" then the participants won't have to record their name when calling into your PMR.
