I hope someone can help me with this odd issue.
We have some colleagues who have been using the free version of Webex that is time limited to 50 minutes. Our organisation normally uses teams, but as they have special requirements, they have requested licenses for Webex. These have been purchased.
The issue seems to be that the layout and the way that they are able to access Webex is different in the free version when compared to the licensed version. They need to be able to show a powerpoint and also see the other person in the meeting as they use BSL as a communication method.
Unfortunately, as our organisation uses MS Teams everywhere else, I am not able to replicate this on my device and I am struggling to meet face to face to investigate it on their laptops, due to Covid restrictions.
Essentially, I need the licensed copy of Webex to behave exactly as the free version, but without the time restrictions.
