I am able to schedule a meeting and the participants are able to connect with their iPad/iPhone and they can use their Camera without any problems.
I have a customer who invites the same people to a meeting and when they connect with the same iPhone/iPad, they are not able to use their camera. It is not available.
I looked at the customer's meeting preferences and I do not see anything that is stopping them.
Any thoughts?

Is the other meeting where they can't use video on a different Webex url? If so, maybe video is disabled at the meeting level, user level, or site level.

Same url. One difference is the one that works is also an administrator and the other is a plain user.
When I look at the user settings, I did not see anything that would stop the iOS device from working. A PC did have its camera working, just not the iPad or iPhone.
