Exchange OBTP
First thing is the Webex site required to be control hub managed. And then how are your devices registered CUCM or Cloud? Because your exchange is on premise you need Expressway C. If CUCM as @lajos.demeter mentioned setting up TMS and TMSXE (windows servers, SQL) will accomplish OBTP for exchange meetings with Webex.
MS Teams
This will require hybrid calendar already set up. Then you need the MS CVI integration license (minimal order is 5) unless you can get a trial from you Cisco account team. This license will allow your MS administration with global admin rights to the tenant to set up the video integration to allow Cisco video units to dial into a MS Teams meeting (OBTP). If you have Cisco Webex Room Series you can use WebRTC to connect to MS Teams meeting with calendar integration
Zoom
First things first to connect with video unit you need the Zoom CRC host license. This means who ever is hosting the meeting requires this feature on there host account. If you want to join another companies Zoom meeting they will need this CRC feature. This license is per unit connected/per month cost. Same requirement applies for hybrid calendar set up.
You might want to consider Webex edge for devices while you are doing the trial so you can add webex assistant features where you can say to the codec "hey webex join Tim's Personal Room" along with other commands you can use.
