Phone Audio Doesn't Work with Participant Code

When some people in my company try to connect to our Enterprise Webex via phone and they enter their participant code, there is no audio from them. If they call in and bypass the participant code, we can hear them. What can we do to correct this? Much TIA!

Hi @james.snider ,

 

Just to check, the users that you cannot hear....is their Webex Meetings client bringing them in as mute upon join (so would need to press the unmute on the screen to speak).
You have the option to set this from the Meeting preview window before joining.

Are you also seeing a phone icon by their name in the participants list?
