SSL error when logging in to Webex

could not login to my account. It says due to SSL error a connection to server could not be made.
I am on VPN and my emails and every other services are working. Even the webex from mobile is working. This issue is with the desktop app only.

Does it work without VPN? If you're on VPN, traffic may be routed through your company firewall. You should check with your IT admin to identify any blocks or routing issues.
