Unable to enter Administrator credentials during support session

I am a system administrator and use WebEx Support Manager to remote into the users' machines. The user joins the session I send them and then I request control to remote in.


For some users, when I try to execute anything as an Administrator during the remote session, I am unable to type in my Admin credentials. I see a green screen the moment the user's machine asks for credentials. 

If the user closes the dialog box, I can see their screen again.

I have already reinstalled Support Manager on the user's machines but this hasn't fixed it. This has happened with two users so far this week.

What could be the issue?

@cippunk 

maybe somehow related to the UAC-settings, "Secure Desktop" etc?
