Upgraded to Catalina and unable to screen share

I get the popup saying that I need to go to Settings to enable Screen Recording... but when I go to Settings>Security & Privacy>Privacy>Screen Recording,

there is no entry for Webex to select

I have tried deleting and reinstalling but no luck.
