Hi guys, I hope you're fine.
I integrated Cisco Webex Teams with Cisco Call Manager vía Calling in Webex Teams (Unified CM).
I can make calls internal and to the PSTN.
But when I try to make Calls to the PSTN and use FAC (Force Authorization Code - Feature in CUCM), the calls don't connect, but without FAC, the call established.
I try to dial: 9<PSTN number>*<FAC>#; in 20 seconds, I see in the screen the PSTN number, but not establish the call.
Also, I don´t hear dial-tone.
Is there a limitation in Webex Teams to use FAC?
Is necessary to make some configuration in CUCM?

Hello @daniel.jurado,
FAC or CMC, currently does not work with WebEx teams. There is already a feature enhancement request for this issue.
