Multiple Device Support for Single User Account?

With a Jabber Video subscription, can a user use multiple devices? For example, if a user has a PC client and an iPad client, can they share a single subscription? Can 2 devices be registered at the same time, or must the user ake sure only one device is registered at a time?

Multiple Device Support for Single User Account?

Hi John,

Jabber Video subscriptions for Webex Telepresence are not tied to a single device.  The subscription is registered by the user with the login credentials.  However, in order to use multiple devices with the same subscription the previous device needs to be signed out first.
