Webex Can´t Connect to Audio or Video

When try to connect webex show error, Certificate SSL Content.


I can´t identify problem.

-The connection is internal 


When change my DNS to public, the problem is no present.

When change whit other carier (PSTN) and put the dns internal the the problem is no present.

 


With these tests I have no problem with my firewall,
because without modifying the configuration
and testing
(changing the internet provider and DNS) the webex connection is correct.

Ya he mos revisado el tema de certificados pero consideramos que nuestro problema es otro.
Sin instalar certificado y cambiando los DNS internos a publicos el problema se deja de presentar.
Si regresamos nuestros DNS pero cambiomos nuestra salida (internet provedor 1) a proveedor 2 el problema deja de presentarse.

I had the same problem.

It turns out that the time on my computer was set wrong.

I just corrected the time and the problem was gone. Webex works fine now.
