Breakout room audio stayed with Main session

We tried to test breakout room functionality in a group WebEx Training session today, but we couldn't get each breakout room to have separate audio.  It was allowing sharing, but not audio.  It kept all of the participants audio together as one big group instead of each smaller group audio.  Please advise on if we need to set up this option somehow.

Hello!  

If you have integrated audio, I have heard of instances where there is a setting in the Admin or Super Admin settings that must be enabled.  Possibly in the provisioning process.  If you have a CSM (Customer Success Manager) they can assist.  If you are unsure of who the CSM is, start with opening a case here: https://help.webex.com/contact (scroll to choose how you'd like to open the case)
