Breakout session Start button is gray

The Start button is grayed out when trying to launch a breakout session in Webex Training.  I am a presenter and am able to create the sessions and assign participants to their sessions.  I click on OK, but the Start button is not active after that.  Am using both Chrome and Edge.  Enterprise account.  If I give presenter rights to someone in the training  session they can launch the breakout sessions.  When they give it back to me I still am unable to Start the breakout session after creating it.

I am a LITTLE stumped with this one, because it is the Presenter that starts Breakouts.  There are two things that I am thinking...

1.  Make sure you are not sharing your Training window (showing others how you are using the Webex Training interface) I do this in my training classes and the Start button is grey until I stop sharing my Training window with my attendees.

2. Could it be the WebApp you are on, not the desktop app, there are sometimes limitations.  https://help.webex.com/en-us/n0rqd8g/Cisco-Webex-Web-App-Known-Issues-and-Limitations

If both of those are ruled out, I would raise a ticket with Support.  https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case

Claire, I've discovered you are correct, but you had me confused when you said "not sharing your training window." I was sharing the course content with my class and that is indeed the problem! You cannot be sharing your desktop when launching a breakout. Apparently this is not emphasized anywhere. When you suggested this as a the problem, I thought you were referring to how you share your actual WebEx platform screens in your classes. Had no idea this meant that I can't be sharing my class content! Bottom line, ALL screen sharing, whatever you want to call it, must be stopped in order for the START button to be active when you launch a breakout session. Glad to have finally discovered this.

A-HA!  So I was alllllllllmost correct.  :) ha ha.  Yes, no sharing D-top, Apps, or your Training Window (like I do in my class)  Glad to hear that was the issue!

Claire:
I can rule both those out and have a ticket going. I'm always sharing Monitor #2 where my PPTX deck is and participants are viewing it. Always going to our enterprise site for WebEx, not using the app. Appreciate your trying! I've learned a lot from your training, but not how to fix this one!
