As a relatively new Webex Training Center user, I continue to hit unexpected experiences and I am trying to determine what is normative. When a presenter has several files uploaded into WebEx so s/he can show them to attendees (e.g. PPT slides, video, whiteboard), and they then transfer presenter rights to another panelist, it seems that the files vanish. However, not ALL of the files vanish, nor do we even see a consistent pattern. Can anyone tell me what should happen and whether there is any way to keep uploaded files present for anyone who is made a presenter without them having to wait and upload the file when they are moved from panelist to presenter?
