Feedback emoticons in Webex Training

Hi all,

We've just started using Webex Training. Until early last week, we were able to see and use the feedback emoticons - like the tick and cross, go faster / slower and raise hand options. 

They are now not showing on any of our accounts and we can't find a way to get them back. 

Has this happened to anyone else and if so, have you found a solution?

Hi Abi - 

Feedback is still a part of the Webex Training Desktop Client.  Is there a chance you joined / started on the WebApp?  You'll know if you joined on the WebApp when you look at the top of your screen and see that the session is with-in a browser page.  The other thing to check is did the host turn off the Feedback Bar in the Session drop down, Session > Options

Thanks for the reply.
I will double check how we were launching and joining, but I think it was via our browser page as the app doesn't let us launch or join Training sessions.
When we looked under Session - Options, the option that looked useful was greyed out so we weren't able to change the settings.
