My priority "flag" is not appearing next to questions in my Q&A panel

Greetings,

I was using the Q&A panel in a test session the other day and when I marked a question using the priority markers, the drop down menu shows I selected a priority (since it is grayed out), but no colored marker appears next to the question itself - just a blank column. I have attached a screenshot.

Any ideas for troubleshooting?

If you are able to re-create this issue, I would raise a case with Support.

It's like bringing your car to a mechanic and swearing it was making noise - only to find the mechanic cannot reproduce the problem :-)

For now, I cannot reproduce the issue so I will consider it "mysteriously solved."
