The playing of MP4 in Webex training is jumpy and skips. I've tried both Share>File(including video) and File>Open and share. The MP4s play fine outside of the App, even when playing the videos from home and accessing our company network. They skip and jump when playing in a session however. Should I compress them, use different player, etc? These are not huge MP4s. Maybe 35 seconds up to 3 minutes. Have tried Edge and Chrome, am on a Windows 10 Dell XPS laptop. Thank you!
