Webex Event: Recording of live virtual tour did not capture video. Only audio is available on the recording. Is there a setting we may have missed to capture presenter video as well?

Video could be removed out of the MP4 itself - you do that by editing the video and removing the video panel... OR your overall video settings could be set not to include video...

Do we need to choose a Live Streaming Provider option in Control Hub in order for the video to record?

No, Live Streaming means you want you users to stream events / or meetings to a social media paltform...

Is the overall video setting only available through individual user preference or can it also be a configuration setting in Control Hub?

it can also be set in control hub under the site settings, general settings.
