Webex Training is being migrated to Webex Meetings so this will be available once again. Webex Events are being migrated within the next couple of months so I would expect Webex Trainings to be their next priority but I've not heard any specific timelines yet.
I understand they are planning to keep as much of the functionality as possible. Let's hope they not only keep all the features we like but build on them to make them better!
