When linking a computer to a lab. Access anywhere needs to be installed. This process only seems to work on IE. Why does it not work with Edge or Chrome?
I have always used Chrome to administer Hands-On Labs in our organization and never use IE so not sure why it won't work in your environment. Recommend clearing cache in Chrome and then see if it works.
