Im looking for a way to to manage seats to our training courses. So company A could buy 1 subscription and get 1 seat and have 1 person log into any of our ongoing training. Company B could buy 5 subscriptions and get 5 seats to any of our ongoing training.
I took a Dale Carnegie course that used Webex Training, and they did this, but not sure if they did it through Cisco, or some other source.

I will recommend to use a subscription management system, that will handle and manage your subscriptions. Because subscription software operates in a unique manner. You effectively rent a product rather than buying it. You pay a set sum at predetermined periods (usually monthly, quarterly, or yearly) to use the software. The fee of the membership automatically covers any program upgrades, including new versions. As a result, whenever a new feature is published, you can just download and install it instead of paying more.

Hm - Your Webex administrator could set up ecommerce so when people register for a course, there's a fee, your admin can also create coupons for you to provide to people for use of getting registered with a code rather than paying the fee.
These coupons can also be set up to be 1 use, or 5 uses.
Here's the admin details for ecommerce. (can also be set up for Webex Events)
