I did some testing with the co-host when using Break Outs and they weren't able to help manage break out rooms or get alerts from attendees in breakout rooms. We plan to use this in conjunction with our LMS and are worried that this means they won't be able to use the Breakout features since we were told they would manage the teacher's classes as a co-host.  Does anyone know if this will impact their ability to lead a class where the teacher has scheduled a meeting with break out rooms?

@Kathy N. , could you clarify what you mean by "(co-hosts) weren't able to help manage break out rooms or get alerts from attendees in breakout rooms"? Could you give more info on how you performed these tests: Webex version, web app or desktop app, ...?

When looking at the article below, you can see that co-hosts can both "Create and start breakout sessions" (and other features to manage the breakout sessions) and they can both "Respond to a request for help in breakout sessions". Only limitation for the co-host: the co-host cannot "Broadcast a message in breakout sessions".

@Goswin Weemaes if possible you guys should make it so co-hosts can also do broadcast messages, it would be super helpful where multiple people may need to communicate with everyone in breakout sessions, or at a time where a cohost is running a meeting.

@WesolekJD22 , this indeed something that has already been requested by other clients.
