I am using Meetings version 40.9 and can still not see any options to have breakout sessions. I have this issue in 2 different accounts, both paid for and both on 40.9.4.6

I'm currently on version 40.12.5.14 and I'm unable to see the breakout sessions option.  Is there anything else that needs to be updated?
