Full Featured Webex Meetings


Screen Shot 2021-04-29 at 6.15.43 PM.pngAs we continue our mission to deliver 10x experiences, we have given customers the flexibility to enable the full Webex Meetings experience integrated in the Webex app. On May 11, 2021, customers no longer need to opt-in to get our best meeting experience. Cisco will automatically enable customers with the full featured Webex meetings.

Who receives full featured Webex meetings:
  • Customers using both Webex Meetings desktop app and Webex app.
  • Customers who want the mobile meeting experience will be prompted to download the Webex Meetings mobile app.

What’s new on May 11th:
  • On May 11, Webex app will be automatically enabled with the Webex Meetings experience.
  • If a customer joins a Webex meeting (scheduled or personal room) from the Webex app, they will automatically get the full Webex Meetings experience.
  • Users can continue to join meetings using the Webex Meetings app.

Partners should prepare for:
  • Review the Full Featured Meetings resources below and understand the enhancements on May 11th.
  • Share upcoming changes with customers
  • Be prepared to help address customer questions/concerns

Are the links in the Resources section available to the public? I can't seem to access them, even when signing in with my Cisco account. I get an "incorrect URL" error.
