We are running Webex Events today & have received reports that Chromebook users are only seeing the live captions screen (we are using Multimedia to push human transcription services), not the shared presentations. Does anyone know of bugs relating to Chromebook users seeing Shared Content?
Is there anything we can do for the Chromebook attendees?

The Share Multimedia may not work with Chromebook. We found that Mac users have to open a new browser window and the documentation actually only shows compatibility with Windows computers. More information is available at this LINK.

Interesting since it is only the Multimedia that is working. But perhaps that is what is causing the issue--the Chromebook can't do both. Thanks for the tip!
