How can alternate host share recording

I am the alternate host for a recurring meeting using webex.

I started this meeting as host and recorded the session (online).

Now how do I share this recording with the group?

Hi,

Alternate Host is just for the session, the user cannot login into another user account. However the recording is auto posted/emailed to invited participants when a meeting is recorded.

I have seen this happen for some meetings. If the meeting is recorded, after the meeting, an email is sent to all participants.

However, there are many other meetings where this does not happen. I don't know the reason.

These are all recurring meetings and since no email went out for this one, I was trying to find the recording.

As a last resort, we had to call the team member who setup the meeting to send out the link. I wish we had a way to not require a person on vacation to check his emails.

So maybe the question is, how do we ensure recording link is auto emailed to all participants. :)
