Webex conference discount every 40 second

Hi All

 We have 2 of Room kit locate between head office and branch office over ipsec vpn netowrk. once take a conference call. it was facing disconnect every 40 seconds. moreover, we unable have a call with our polycom web conference also. About this problem. would any people have same problem and how to solve them? Thanks
