WebEx Hybrid Connector upgrades

Just wondering if somebody can provide recommendations for the connector expressway with all the pre-checks and post-checks?

Hi Aseem, 

For the Supported version for Expressway Connectors, you can refer to the below document

for Existing servers, its 8.11 and above. for new installations, its 12.5 

For connectors to be upgraded, you can follow the below process

For Automatic upgrades: 

This feature only supports one scheduled upgrade time for each cluster. If you have a single Expressway-C, you will experience a brief outage while an upgrade occurs. We recommend that you schedule a convenient time for upgrades (for example, after hours).
