Webex player

Hello,

 

I'm having issues with my webex player. I'm trying to listen to a pre recorded webinar but the audio doesn't come out on the headphones. I only comes out on the speakers. I can listen to other applications just fine. I'm not sure what the webex player doesn't recognize the headphones. The output is selected to headphones.

- Updated sound and headphones drivers.

- Tested different files.

 

Can you help me?
