1262 lwapp with 12dbi antenna

                   Hello all,

I have a question about the 1262 when joined to a controller.  Is there a way to increase the antenna gain on the raidios for increased distance? I have a 12dbi hooked up but i noticed in a show run that the output shows "antenna gain 0" for both radios.

With any I the external antenna AP you have to go and set the dBi of the antenna.

Keep in min that when you set T&E gain t will affect RRM. The WLC won't let you violate EIRP.

Steve is saying that you have to configure the gain when using the external antenna, but the WLC will adjust depending on the reglatory domain the ap is set for, so you don't violate any FCC or reglatory domain rules.  This will also affect your RRM.
