4404 wlc is failing to set ip address Wired connection

I was able to setup and get my WLC setup, but then it fails to put a ip address on it. The port shows activity, but does not have any clients show up on the server. Any idea's?

if i understand you correctly!!!!!

you setup the WLC but cant set the WLC managemnent ip on it?

paste the outout of the these commands

from WLC: sh interface detail management

from swicth: sh run int po <int - where wlc is connected>
