Air Ant2440 and Air Ant5160

Hi,

I have this doubt I can connect the antennas AIR-ANT2440NV-R= and AIR-ANT5160NP-R= in the access points 1262.

Both antenna are for indoor AP with RP-TNC connectors. So they should work on the 1262.

Ok, thank Stephen Rodriguez.

I had saw those data sheets, but I am not sure.

Something additional to add, Cisco will only support antennas up to 7dBi on the 1260. Anything higher will cause the AP to be out of spec for FCC.

Here is my 2¢

Since these AP's have 6 ports, 3 on each radio, why not use an antenna like this:

Or if the ceiling isn't so high, something like this:

AIR-ANT2451NV-R=
