anyone know the exact power consumption for air-ap3802P-B-K9 with AIR-ANT2513P4M-N antenna, it boots up but stuck at 15.4 and does not even show connected on switch port. I have another Meraki MR45 with same class4 which negotiates 30 Watt but not 3802P
Gi1/0/8 auto on 15.4 Ieee PD 4 30.0
Gi1/0/24 auto on 30.0 Meraki MR45 Cloud M 4 30.0

Actual consumption
Measured at the port: 12.7
Maximum Power drawn by the device since powered on: 15.5
If the interface does not show as connected, your problem may not be power. As you can see, this Access Point have been working fine and the maximum power drawn is 15.5.

yikes, i should have done a TDR test before all this troubleshooting.
It was cable.
