AIR-CAP3502 and smartphone

hello

 i have AIR-CAP3502

with ap3g1-k9w7-xx.153-3.JAB

i set two lan

Radio0-802.11N^2.4GHz

^and

 Radio1-802.11N^5GHz

^{dhcp is from router}

i can connect to it with laptops

but I can not connect to it with a smartphone (galaxy s3 ,galaxy s4, galaxy note 3, galaxy s3 mini)

the smartphone cant even see the AP

I can  connect  with a smartphone to the other simple AP like tplink or level1

I spoke too soon

I have 4 AP

After setting the cisco AP

All devices only connect to it
Even if I am closer to another AP

1. To broadcast the SSID in the access point beacon, check the Broadcast SSID in Beacon checkbox. When you broadcast the SSID, devices that do not specify an SSID can associate to the access point. This is a useful option for an SSID used by guests or by client devices in a public space. If you do not broadcast the SSID, client devices cannot associate to the access point unless their SSID matches this SSID. Only one SSID can be included in the access point beacon.
2. (Optional)Check the Enable VLAN ID checkbox and enter a VLAN number (1 through 4095) to assign the SSID to a VLAN. You cannot assign an SSID to an existing VLAN.
3. (Optional)Check the Native VLAN checkbox to mark the VLAN as the native VLAN.

how do i know what is the VLAN Number i need ?
