AIR-CAP702I-C-K9 signal is very low

I have 2504 controller and  5 APs (AIR-CAP702I-C-K9)

I select the region CHINA, and left all other parameters default on WLC

AP s signal is very low, even in the same room

Only laptop computers can connect wireless network

Android telephones cannot connect, signal is ver low and connect-disconnect problem occurs

Any suggestion, please

What radio?  802.11a and/or 802.11b?

What happens if you create an SSID with OPEN authentication?  Will the Android phones connect to the SSID?

I am not sure about radio, I have tested witth Samsung Note 3

I have create SSID with OPEN authentication.

Laptop PC connects but signal is weak

Uhhhh ... Is this the best "troubleshooting" anyone can do?

There are so many reasons why a laptop PC can see a "weak" signal.   You'll need to provide MORE information about the AP and the WLC configuration.
