Aironet 3800e Installation

Couple of basic questions.  Our 3800e AP came with this black plastic cover and 4 Velcro strips.  Can anyone tell me what this is for?  Also, I don't suppose there is a cover for the connections? I can see this being hidden by the wall or ceiling, just thought there would be something to keep it enclosed a little more.

Hello Dave,
The black cover is an accessory that can be used for aesthetic constraints. It must have been ordered in supplement to the Access Point itself.
No, as far as I know, there is no cover for the connections on this model.

Agree with @Nicolas Poirier .  It is a product by Oberon.  We call it the "Phantom of the Opera" look.
