AP 3800 support only support 2,4GHz

Hi all,

I just bought four 3800 AP. But they support only 2,4GHz. The speed of clients only 144Mbps.I checked AP and antena, all support both 2,4GHz and 5GHz

How to enable 5GHz ?

3800 model: AIR-AP3802E-S-K9

Four antennas: AIR-ANT2524DW-R

The only time 2.4 Ghz is disabled automatically is when FRA (flexible radio assignment) is enabled.

I misread the thread.
Well, the only time I see 5.0 Ghz disabled is when there is a Regulatory Domain conflict.

Should I enable 802.11g for 5GHz using ?

Changing the 11gSupport will cause all the APs to reboot when you enable 802.11b network.

Or : enable 802.11ac, I just noticed that 3700s use 802.11ac for 5GHz connection.

Whao, are you even allowed to use UNII-2E in VN?

Only VNSGNB09AP is 3800 which 5GHz doesn't work. Others are 3700s which work good for 5GHz.

I am new to AP, and actually don't know about UNII-2E, googling now.

According to the output provided, the AP VNSGNB09AP is operating on Channel 36 and a radio power of 16 dBm.

Ok, let's do a test:
1. Disable 2.4 Ghz across the network.
2. Disable 5.0 Ghz across the network.
3. Enable 5.0 Ghz on VNSGNB09AP ONLY.
