Ap connection issue after changing AP to Flexconnect Mode

Hi all,

I have a new Cisco 2504 Controller with the latest firmware and a lot of 1832 APs.

The APs have joined succesfully to controller and then I have changed the AP Mode to Flexconnect. After that the APs are not anymore in the "AP table" of the controller, because the controller unfortunately shows the connected APs.

I have resetted all APs now but they can´t join again, because I think the controller has saved these APs as Flexconnect APs. Ist there a possibility to clear the AP configuration in the controller?

It would be great, if somebody could support me because it´s a urgent mission.

Thank you all.

The AP Mode is a setting saved on the AP and not the controller.

You will need to console into an AP to see exactly what the AP is saying. You can also run some debugs from the controller itself to see if the AP is even trying to join.
