AP's automatically went to admin disabled status after WLC reboot

Hi Experts,

We are having 5508 WLC with 3602 AP model. Out of 250 AP's , 80-90 AP's automatically going to admin disabled status for every reboot of WLC. After that we have to enable manually for all AP's.

We have upgraded the WLC to 7.6.130.0 . Still issue persists.

Any suggestions on this.

Thanks,

Vijay

Symptom:
3600 AP with removable AC module installed on it reboots randomly and come up with admin state disabled. This is happening with most of the APs with AC module in it and not happening with APs without AC module.

No crash file/coredump generated for AP. Unable to see any traceback messages in logs other than new DTLS connection request/response, join request/response, radio up/down events post reboot.

Conditions:
This issue is noticed with 3600APs with AC module installed on it and it is managed by 5508 WLC in 7.6.100.0.

Workaround:
Enabling the admin state manually by getting into each AP on WLC.

Thanks a lot for the information .
