AP's not joined in WLC 2504

Hi,

Have Cisco WLC 2504 in HA, I tried to connect the Access point CISCO AP AIR-LAP1131AG-E-K9. Access point have taken IP address from DHCP server and able to ping from WLC.

In WLC it's not joined well. Is this AP model support or not by WLC?

In WLC found the log message like "nterference Profile Failed for Base Radio MAC: 7c:0e:ce:b9:10:80 and slotNo: 0"

WLC software version is 7.6.130.0, Already 3 AP's are connected and working fine.

Hi,

Initially it was not joined in WLC, we are format (factory reset) the AP then it will connected successfully.

Hi,

Yes this AP support WLC 2504 with 7.6.130.0 image.

Paste the output of these:

From WLC: sh sysinfo

From AP: sh version

also paste the complete bootup process from AP console.
