Boot loop and DHCP failure on AIR-AP1840I-E-K9

Hi. I have borrowed an AIR-AP1840I-E-K9 access point to perform some tests on radio signals so I'm not that familiar with the configuration of this access point. It used to work fine and the DHCP would assign an IP address to my PC as it should, but after a few days the access point just keeps rebooting and DHCP just fails to assign me an IP address. I get the following messages constantly:

I did some research on this and as I understood it's a known bug of some kind. Do you know what the best workaround on this issue is? I have to mention that this AP has a controller. I will put the current config in a spoiler tag in case it's needed:

I got his same problem on cisco Cisco AP AIR-AP2802I-K-K9 Restart DHCP CLIENT it keeps on saying that even after rebooting it. Also I reset it 4 times.
