You mean the theoretical speed or the really achievable?
The theoretical is based on the connection speed value.
To see this, login to the WLC via SSH (should also be visible in the GUI), enter the command show client detail macaddressofclient
The output will have this line:
Current Rate..................................... m7 ss2

Based on that information you know it's connected with MCS rate 7 and 2 spacial streams. Now you also need to check the guard interval of the SSID plus the channel width of the AP interface to which the client is connected and then you know the current theoretical connection speed.
Table of MCS rates:
https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-mobility-documents/802-11ac-mcs-rates/ta-p/3155920
In the case of this client it's connected with an 80 MHz channel and GI of 400, so it's connected with 650 Mbps.

Sadly this doesn't tell much about the real achievable speed of this client, which is very depended on the AP interface load and channel load in the area of the AP. If it's a clean environment, then about 350 Mbps should be possible for this specific client.

Hello there,

Nothing special to add, except that for a theoretical data rate of 650 like mentionned by Patoberli, we generally calculate the real throughput as 50 to 65% of the theoretical data rate, meaning :

Throughput for a theoretical 650 Mbps : 650 x 0.5 = 325 or 650 x 0.65 = 422.5 so your real throuput should be between 325 and 422.5 Mbps.
