Hi,

Is the radio for that AP(802.11a or 802.11bg) Administratively disabled? If so you will have to manually enable again through Wireless > Access Points > 802.11a or 802.11bg > Hover over small blue box far right > Configure

and make sure Admin status is enabled for specific band.

or

Is the network disabled for that specific band?  You can check the network under wireless > 802.11a/n or 802.11b/g/n > Network.  Make sure the checkbox is checked for network status.

In the figure that I have attached, see :General >operation statusā€”ā€” it is down instead of up

Do you supply enough power to the AP?
Newer models require PoE+ to fully work. If they only receive PoE, then they shutdown the radio interfaces.
Which AP model and WLC do you use?
Which software version is on the WLC?

Hiii

the power is ok  "PoE/Full Power"

my WLC is 5508

the software version  is 8.5.135.0

regards

paste the output of these coomands:

sh sysinfo from wlc

sh version from AP whcih has radio disabled

Looks good(Country code and AP regulatory domain).

Are you using Power injector ?

Selected country and AP model (-E) look correct.
I still suspect a power issue though, you have PoE+ (with 30 Watts) and not just PoE?

Are other APs attached to the same WLC working correct?

the problem has been solved , the problem was in power of switch , i solve the problem when i change the switch.

thank you all
